Chick lit meets technology with chunks of sex and drug taking. The story was not believable and the characters were too extreme, either too wonderful or too bad. I didn't really enjoy it.
I really didn't care for this book. Story line was weak. I won't be recommending this author to my friends and I won't be reading more of her books.
I read this book, but honestly, it wasn't my cup of tea. Not trying to say anything bad about the author's work, she is a good author, but it just wasn't my type of book. Maybe I didn't get the technology, but I just couldn't get into it.
Samantha and Charlie are a long-time married couple whose children are now on their own. Charlie is a bit of a geek and somewhat married to his work. Sam is a teacher who loves her job but is stressed. Sam decides to relieve her stress and, yes, boredom by watching adult programs on holographic television created by her husband's company. She's soon obsessed and the lines between reality and fantasy blur. Grab a copy of this book and enjoy a great mystery with well-developed characters and an intricately woven plot!

WOW just WOW what a fantastic book. I am so glad that I read it. A true thriller it had everything. Action, Romance, Humor, Twists the development of the characters are amazing, the concept of 3D holograms in private homes, every man's and women's dream. I just ordered book 2 in this series and can't wait to get started reading it. I will be recommending this duet to my friends
I struggled with this review because I did not like the storyline nor it's characters. Reading this book actually made me feel icky. BUT, that is a major accomplishment for any writer if the book is so well written that it can cause the reader to feel the story. Which is kind of creepy, but true. The writer deserves a 5 rating. The book itself I cannot rate more than a 3.
